摘要
通过对D级抽油杆20CrMo钢疲劳断裂的实验研究,得出抽油杆的螺纹段、杆体、过渡段和扳手方段疲劳裂纹的扩展速率及门槛值。同时分析了不同应力比对材料疲劳裂纹扩展速率及门槛值的影响。
By means of an experimental investigation into the fatigue crack on 20CrMo steel for Grade D sucker rods,this article presents the extension rate and threshold of fatigue crack on the threaded section, rod body, transitional section and wrench square of the sucker rod ,and analyzes the effects of different stress ratios on the extension rate and threshold of fatigue crack.
