摘要
介绍了全程调速器的基本结构、工作原理和静特性。静特性经过坐标转换可获得柴油机的全程调速特性。静特性上平衡点所对应的转速和扭矩与调速特性上的不一致,是调速器工作摩擦引起的偏差。提高调速器的质量可减小偏差。
The basic structure, working principle and static characteristic of the full-range speed controller are introduced,and the full-range speed regulating characteristic of the diesel engine is discussed. The deviation of the speed and torque corresponding to the equilibrium point on the static characteristic curve from the regulating characteristic is due to the working friction of the regulator. The deviation can be reduced by improving the engineering quality of the regulator.
