摘要 以广深电气化高速铁路基础在不影响运营的情况下进行托换施工为例,介绍高速铁路桥梁动荷载作用下的基础托换施工技术.该工程上部结构为预应力连续梁,且在列车动载作用下不间断运营施工,通过采用双控监测,利用托换梁结合托换新桩的方法,该工程在托换梁与挖孔桩之间设置千斤顶加载,利用千斤顶使上部结构有微量位移,同时使新桩的大部分沉降通过千斤顶的预压来完成.利用千斤顶对位移及受力情况及时进行调整.通过对托换桩进行了加载预压,减小了施工后新桩的沉降,成功解决了施工中的技术难题. Taking the foundation underpinning construction of GuangShen high speed electrified railway bridge for example,this paper introduces the foundation underpinning construction technology.It was so touchy to cope with this problem because the construction was taken out without breaking off the scheduled runs and the superstructure was the pre-stressed concrete continuous beams.Displace and structure were adjusted timely by means of jack once the dual-monitoring information reached.In the same time for the goal of reducing the settle of new states,the states were overload pre-consolidation.
