摘要
针对新型钻井泵十字头导板偏磨严重的问题,进行了结构分析和相关尺寸的优化计算,其结果表明,钻井泵动力端采用偏置式结构,其载荷特性明显优于对心式结构,能使十字头外摩擦副正压力降低66%,可有效地防止十字头导板的偏磨。
In the light of the serious deflected wear of the crosshead guide of drill pumps ,structure analysis and optimization of relative dimensions are conducted ,and a conclusion is drawn that the load characteristic of the power end with offset structure is much better than that with concentric design,and the normal pressure between the crosshead-guide friction pair can be decreased by 66% ,thereby the deflected wear of the crosshead guide can be prevented.
