抽油机减速器中心距和传动比的优化计算

摘要 双圆弧齿轮减速器中心距和传动比分配的确定,直接影响减速器承载能力、重量和体积。文章提出了以各齿轮重量之和为目标函数,以传动比和中心距为设计变量的数学模型,以及合理的约束条件和求解方法,举例对比计算表明,优化后减速器的重量明显小于原设计重量。 The selection of center distance and gear ratio distribution for a reducer with double-circular-arc gear will have a direct effect on its size, weight and loading capacity. A mathematical model,taking the sum of weight of each gear as the objective function and the gear ratio and center distance as the design variables,is established,and rational restraint condition and computing procedure are presented. It is confirmed that the weight of reducer designed in this way is obviously less than that of previous design.
