摘要
应用固体疲劳磨损理论研究了石油机械设备用钢丝绳的磨损。结果表明,绳轮材料的弹性模量和摩擦系数分子分量,对钢丝绳耐磨性能有很大影响。建议采用低弹性模量的复合材料制造绳轮,以提高钢丝绳的耐磨性,延长钢丝绳的使用寿命。
By the theory of fatigue wear,the wear and tear of wire rope on petroleum equipment is studied. It shows that the elastic modulus and the molecular component of friction coefficient of the pulley material have great influence on the wear resistance of wire rope. The authors recommand that the pulley should be made of compound materials with low elastic modulus to improve the wear resistance and prolong the service life of wire ropes.
