提出一种用于井底模式探测与分析的光电三维面形自动测量系统。介绍了三维面形测量的基本原理、系统结构和技术特点。该系统能够无损、快速,精确地测量整个井底模式的三维面形数据,包括刮痕与破碎坑的大小、形状、深度、面积和体积等,并将井底模式全部数字化。

A photoelectric auto-analyzer for surveying 3-D features of the bottomhole pattern is presented. Its basic principle, design features and technical specifications are described. It can detect quickly and accurately the 3-D data of the whole bottomhole,including the size,shape,depth, area and volume of the crushed pits and scratches,and present all the signals digitized.
