摘要
根据HQYB1多级离心潜油电泵在胜利油田运行的情况,分析了泵早期损坏的主要原因。采用耐磨铸铁代替高镍铸铁制造多级离心泵,可显著提高设备使用寿命,减少油井的起下泵和其它作业次数,增加油井产油率,降低原油成本和工人的劳动强度。
According to the operating conditions of Model HQYB1 multi-stage submersible electric pumps in Shengli Oilfield,the main causes of the premature failure of the pump are analyzed.By using the above-mentioned pump made of wear-resistent cast iron instead of high-nickel cast iron,the service life and the overhaul period of the pump are both extended,the production rate is raised and the production cost decreased.
