Systemic Theory and Value Chain Management

价值链理论是现代最为流行的管理理论之一。本文指出企业价值链管理必须以系统论为指导,把握住价值管理的整 体性、相关性、层次性及动态性,对价值链的各个环节实行有效的管理,优化价值链的结构与功能,才有可能真正获得市场上的 竞争优势。

Now value chain management is one of the most popular management theories. But value chain management must be guided by the systemic theory. In this paper it is pointed out that in order to achieve the competitive advantage the holistic view, relative view,hierarchical view and dynamic view should be hold in our value chain management
