投资市盈率、交易市盈率与净损率指标研究

Study on Investing P/E Ratio, Trading P/E Ratio and E/E Ratio

市盈率是一个连结上市公司财务状况和其股票市场表现的指标,应用广泛。实际应用情况表明,还存在一些问题需要澄清和探讨。本文对市盈率进行了系统的讨论。最突出的是,在基于投资的传统的市盈率(投资市盈率)之外,建立一个同时考虑估价、每股收益和每股净资产的、基于交易的、称之为"交易市盈率"的意义明确的新指标。同时还建立了市盈率的补充指标"净损率"指标。

P/E Ratio is a great and popular index which couples corporation and stock market. The traditional P/E Ratio is based on investing for it ignores equity, and we call it Investing P/E Ratio. To amend the shortcoming of ignoring equity, a new index called of Trading P/E Ratio is created. And another index E/E Ratio, which supplements P/E Ratio when the earning is negative, is created also.
