摘要 元数据是对数字化地方文献资源进行组织和检索的基本信息,本文叙述了都柏林核心元数据的概念、特征、 作用,并详细介绍了在RDF／XML框架下使用DC元数据对数字化地方文献资源进行描述的具体实现。 Metadata is a basic information of organization of digital local documents . The article begins with the definition of Dublin Core metadata, then analyses the character and function of Dublin Core metadata. In the last part, the author shows a detailed application of the description technology of digital local documents with DC metadata based on XML/RDF.
