摘要
通过早S连续两个世代花粉染黑率的观测,证实群体育性呈正态分布。由于变异和自然选择压,群体后代育 性趋向提高,频率分布趋向分散,从而提高"杂株"频率。
Pollen fertility was observed in two successive selfing generations on a two-line sterility line, Zao S,which proved that the pollen fertility in the population showed a normal distribution. Because of genetic variation exisitng in the line and natural selection, the pollen fertility tended to increase with the generations of selfing and the fertility distribution tended to become dispersed, and as a result, the frequency of 'off-type' increased.
