本文根据笔者多年来软件开发的体会,提出了在需求分析过程建立开发者与客户间良好的沟通渠道的必要性;讨论了改进需求质量应遵循的基本原则;归纳了需求分析阶段值得注意的问题。最后,指出了在需求分析阶段常出现的问题对软件开发质量和成本的影响。

According to experiences of myself in software development, this text put forward the necessity establishing communication between developer and client; discussed the basic principle improving requirement quality; concluded the noticeable questions during requirement analysis stage. In the end, pointed out some influences these problems making to soft quality and cost.
