摘要
结合使用特点,分析了现用上击器结构、可靠性等方面存在的不足,认为上击器性能欠佳,主要是其结构及设计参数不能适应现场条件的要求及变化。提出了双工作腔、液压随动机械自封上击器的设计方案及主要参数的确定方法。按最复杂工作状态和动静法,对主要构件进行了可靠性计算。
An investigation into the performance of the conventional upward jar shows that its structure and design parameters can not be suited for the changeable field conditions, resulting in deficient reliability. In light of the reliability under the most severe working conditions, a new design provided with two working chambers and accompanied by hydraulic servo and mechanical self-sealing is put forward. The reliability of each of the main components of the jar is checked by calculation.
