摘要
随着知识经济的快速发展,把以人为本的管理方法同严密的科学制度相结合,是一种全新的最富有实效的管理方法,从加强人力资源管理,打造企业核心竞争力,确立以人为本理念等方面提出了实施以人为本管理的途径,以达到提高经济效益的目的。
Along with the development of knowledge economy, the human-based management combined with rigorous scientific system is a completely new and efficient managing way. This paper puts forward ways of implementing human-based management from aspects of strengthening management of human resource, creating enterprises' core competitiveness, establishing concept of human-based management, etc., for heightening enterprises' economic benefit.
