The reason of the large-scale department store for its declining economic benefits and the difficult situation is because it can not adapt to the objective demands of the modern market development. This paper puts forward the countermeasures for enterprises to increase core competitiveness from the aspects that the government should intensify the macro control, the enterprises should deepen the reformation, realize innovation of the system, mechanism, concept, and the expansion of the enterprises' scope, etc.
