摘要
模糊控制的本质是非线性控制和自适应控制,对于参数波动和负载干扰的影响具有较强的鲁棒性.以ZDG1000型真空干燥仓为研究对象,分析了其现有控制系统存在的问题,并就解决此类问题提出了模糊控制器的设计方案,给出了模糊控制查询表,为设计ZDG1000型真空干燥仓温度控制器提供了切实可行的理论依据.
In recent years,as a branch of intelligence control realm,theories and engineering applications of fuzzy control has got rather high development. The essence of it is a non linear control and a self organizing control,which has high robust to the jiggle of input data and the influence of interference from the load. The article took a container with dry vacuum (ZDG1000) as the research object,analyzing the problem of existing control system,showing a design of fuzzy controller to solve it,and giving fuzzy control search table. The article provided a feasible theory for designing a temperature controller of dry vacuum container (ZDG1000).
