摘要
研究表明,造成普通高校女生体育课不积极的因素主要有生理、心理、教材教法、课的安排与组织形式、体育教师素质、场地器材等。建议通过培养正确的学习动机、提高对身体全面发展的认识,采用灵活新颖的组织教法、科学合理地安排好教学内容,全面提高体育教师的综合素质等措施,调动普通高校女生体育课学习的积极性,提高普通高校女生体育课参与程度。旨在揭示辽宁省普通高校女生体育课积极性的影响因素,为进一步提高普通高校女生体育课参与程度,深化高校体育改革提供参考。
Research shows that the negative factors of college female students' P.E. course are physiology psychology, teaching material and method, quality of P. E. teachers etc. By means of caltivating correct learning motive, improving the awareness of body. By means of cultivating correct learning motive, improving the awareness of body, adopting active, scientific and reasonable measures and developing students' activeness and participation degree, this paper aims at telling the pasitive factors and ffering reference for reform of university P. E.
