摘要
信息化在环境社会系统演化过程中具有双向功能。从生产方式、生活方式和人群组织方式三个侧面分析信息化对人类生存方式的影响,可以看出,信息化能够对社会可持续发展发挥正向功能。但是如果信息化进程的速度过快,环境社会系统得不到充分演化,也可能对社会可持续发展发挥负向功能,导致潜藏着的各种危机集中爆发。这些危机主要表现在四个方面加快资源枯竭速度,危及信息安全和社会安全,破坏环境社会系统的反馈节律,过度膨胀人们改造自然的信心。因此,必须适当控制信息化进程的速度,实时关注此过程中出现的危机征兆并及时加以调整,从而保证人类社会的可持续发展。
Informatization plays a dual role in the evolvement of environmental-social system. After analyzing the impact of informatization on the mode of existence from the perspective of production mode, life mode, and organization mode, a conclusion can be made that informatization may play a positive role during the course of sustainable development of society. However, if the speed of informatization is so fast that the environmental-social system could not have enough time to evolve fully, informatization may also play a negative role. As a result, many serious unrecognized risks would burst out suddenly. These risks mainly appear in the following four aspects: accelerating the speed of resources exhaustion, endangering the safety of information and society, breaking the feedback rhythm of environmental-social system, and excessively expanding the self-confidence of human beings in reconstructing nature. Therefore, to assure the sustainable development of society, we should control the speed of informatization properly, monitor the omen of crises synchronously, and adjust our behavior in time.
