合成甲基叔丁基醚混相反应器数学模型

摘要 本文对用异丁烯与甲醇醚化合成甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的混相反应器进行了计算机模拟,对混相反应器建立了以理论板分级概念为基础的微型反应器三过程数学模型及其算法。对合成甲基叔丁基醚的扩试级混相反应器进行了模拟,模拟计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,异丁烯转化率的平均偏差为1.27%,温度分布曲线也基本相符。实践证明,该数学模型可以较好地模拟合成甲基叔丁基醚混相反应器的行为。 The behaviour of the reactor with phase-transition for MTBE production has been studied by the way of mathematical modelling. The multi-stage reactor model, the tri-unit differential reactor model and their algorithm has been developed on the basis of the analysis of the reactor's behaviour. The modelling of the scale-up reactor with phase-transi- tion for MTBE production confirms that the calculated results can fit the data obtained in the scale-up reactor. The average deviation of isobutylene conversion is 1.27%, and the temperature distribution curves also can conform basically.
