摘要
以高密度聚乙烯为研究对象,利用自行研制的压力振动注塑实验台,通过振动注射保压,给冷却保压过程中的高密度聚乙烯熔体施加压力振动应力场,发现随着振动频率的上升,HDPE制品部分出现同时增强和增韧的现象,并且随着振动频率的进一步上升,韧性有快速增加的趋势。
We use our vibration injector and put press vibration stress field in polypropylene melt which is cooling. At the same ware, we find a phenomenon that high-density polyethylene ware is strengthened in intension and enhanced in tenacity while vibration frequency ascending; as vibration frequency increase, toughen goes up sharply.
