摘要
采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术,在比较温和的实验条件下,从蛋黄粉中分离出蛋黄油。系统研究了萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间等因素对萃取率的影响,并以丙酮为夹带剂,对夹带剂及其加入量对萃取效果的影响进行了研究。
Extraction of yolk oil from dried egg yolk using supercritical fluid with carbon dioxide is described. The influence on extraction rate of extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time are studied. Acetone as cosolvent, a comparision of different rate of extraction yolk oil between with and without cosolvent is made. The experiment results indicate the rate of extraction yolk oil can be improved distinctly after adding litter cosolvent.
