摘要
介绍了以天然胶乳(NR)为主体成分,加入氯丁胶乳(CR)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对其进行接枝改性,讨论了单体配比、反应时间、引发剂用量对胶粘剂剥离强度和接枝率的影响,测定了胶粘剂的耐水性能,得到了可用于硫化鞋行业的性价比较优的鞋用胶粘剂。
Synthetic method is described by modifying NR latex adhesive with chloroprene rubber latex and methyl methacrylate. Effects of the proportion of monomer, reaction time and initiator concentration on stripping strength and ratio of graft are discussed. A resistant to water is also measured. A king of adhesive for vulcanized shoes with high ratio of performance and price are gained.
