摘要
应用模式识别优化技术对大连石化公司炼油厂二蒸馏装置的生产操作数据进行分析处理,优选出最佳的控制模型指导生产操作,使轻质油收率提高了0.55％,年增经济效益约251.7万元。本文介绍了该技术的特点和优化方法,并对生产调节情况、调优后的产品质量及其收率均进行了比较和分析。
The application of pattern recognition optimization method on the No. 2 crude oil distillation unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company is described. This method is based on operation data of the crude oil distillation unit, it applies the pattern recognition off-line optimization technology to give an optimization condition. The result shows that the yield of light oil (including gasoline, jet fuel and light diesel fuel) is enhanced by 0.55% re- alizing a profit increment as high as 251.7×10^(?)yuan (RMB) per year.
