摘要 夏季高温,牛奶加工不及时,生成高酸度奶。利用高酸度奶生产奶酪干,解决了原料奶浪费。本文介绍了奶酪干的生产工艺,一般小厂即可进行生产。 In summer, the temperature is high, if milk is not produced in time, it will become the high acidity milk. This milk can be used to produce cheese, thus the problem of material waste is solved. In this paper, the processing technique was introduced. This cheese can be produced in common plants.
