摘要
本实验从桔皮中提取了色素,经UV光谱鉴定和化学分析,此色素主要成分是类胡萝卜色素(Carotenoibs),而且性质比较稳定,着色效果很好,是一种食品、医药工业上的理想添加剂。
In the experiment, a mixture of pigments were extracted from the skin of oranges. The mixture of pigments was identified by special analysis and chemical methods. The main ingredient of this mixture of pigments is carotenoids, and the quality is stable, the colouring effect is very good. It is an ideal additive rased in the medicine and food industry.
