摘要
本试验是根据乳酸菌发酵原理,以新鲜鸡蛋、牛奶、脱脂奶粉,白砂糖为主要原料,通过均质、杀菌、发酵,调配等加工工艺,而制成一种外观美,风味好、营养高且全面的别于一般饮料的新型食品。
The essential raw materials of this extetiment consisted of the fresh eggs,milk, skimmed milk powder and white suger, based upon the original principles of fermentation by lactobacillus.A new type perfect food of distinguished drink with its fine outlook, good taste and high quality of nutrition are made from the technical process of uniform quality,sterilization,frementation and adjustment.
