摘要
鉴于国内原油增长有限,且滞后于国民经济的发展,加工进口中、高含硫原油势在必行,解决硫化氢治理问题因之迫在眉睫。其出路,一方面在于强化工艺技术管理:做好原油评价,优化加工方案;加强工艺安全管理等。另方面走依靠技术进步之路:在进行规划、设计时要尽量采用先进工艺和设备,力求治理措施的设计、施工、投产三同时;要加强现有装置的改造和技术难题攻关。
The increase of domestic crude oil production cannot meet the demand of oil products due to high growing rate of national economy,it is necessary to import certain amount of crude oils with medium or high sulfur content, therefore, the treatment of hydro- gen sulfide will become more and more important. The measures of properly treating hydro- gen sulfide include: (1) To enhance the process technology management, to optimize the pro- cessing scheme, and to strengthen the process safety management; and (2) To use the state- of-art technology and to select the up-to-date technology and equipment during the design stage. The design, construction and start-up of treatment should be proceeded in close pace. The trouble-shootings and revamps of existing refining units are also important.
