拟薄水铝石气流干燥过程数值模拟优化 被引量:3

摘要 对已建立的拟薄水铝石直管气流干燥系统数学模型,采用Matlab语言调用标准四阶Runge Kudra法进行数值模拟,给出高精度的数值解,现有烘干机的测试实验表明模拟结果与测试数据一致.对于多自变量参数干燥优化方程,以模拟方程为基础,确定相应的目标函数,采用多次正交试验法进行模拟试验,逐渐逼近最优值,最终获得了最优值,给出实际干燥系统的最优方案,其最优参数在实际应用中效果良好,并对参数匹配规律进行了分析.这些将为开发新的气流干燥系统提供有效的优化设计依据.图3,表8,参13. The numeral solution of the mathematical simulation equation stood for gas flow drying process of Pseudo-boehmite was obtained by using the standard four-step Runge-Kutta method in Matlab software.Experiment of existing drying-equipments show that simulated numeral solutions consisted with the testing results.Based on the simulation equation,the optimization model with more independent variable parameters of drying process conld be solved,the corresponding target function values were gained by means of orthogonal simulation experiments,so the values approached the best gradually,the optimization solution could be arrived,and the optimizing scheme of existing gas flow drying system has been given out.Finally,analyses of the laws of parameters of drying process were carried out.And these would be helpful to develop new drying system.3figs.,8tabs.,13refs.
