摘要
为提高间歇本体法聚丙烯生产水平,兰洲炼油化工总厂与北京化工研究院合作,在5kt/a聚丙烯装置上采用北京化工研究院开发的N型高效催化剂取得成功。用该催化剂可生产低、中、高3档熔体指数的聚丙烯,并可提高装置的生产能力。产品性能较用络合Ⅱ型催化剂生产的产品有较大提高。文中讨论了各操作因素对聚合反应的影响和产品的质量及应用。在使用N型高效催化剂时还采用了与北京化工研究院合作开发的丙烯精制和低压丙烯回收的配套技术,取得了良好效果。以N型高效催化剂为核心的这套间歇本体法聚丙烯技术经济效益十分显著,一年时间可收回全部工程投资。
The N-type high efficiency catalyst developed by Lanzhou Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Complex and Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry has been successfully used in a 5000 tons/a unit for liquidphase bulk polymerization of propylene in the place of type Ⅱ complex catalyst so as to avoid the deficiencies related to type Ⅱ cata- lyst. Three grades of polypropylene (PP) with different melt indices can be produced by us- ing N-type catalyst with an increase of the capacity of the unit. The properties of the PP have been significantly improved in comparison with the PP by type Ⅱ catalyst. The effects of var- ious parameters on polymerization, as well as the quality and the application of the PP prod- ucts, are discussed. In addition, a propylene purification process and a low-pressure propy- lene recovery unit, are adopted along with the use of N-type catalyst. The profitability of this innovation is obvious with a pay out period less than one year.
