摘要
根据石化行业的生产、计划的实际需要,设计并用计算机高级语言FORTRAN-77编制了柴油调合优化系统软件。该软件可对柴油调合组分的凝点与十六烷值进行优化,以提高油品调合的经济效益。以长岭炼油化工厂全年调合69万t 0号柴油为例,应用该软件后,可使占调合柴油1/3的油料凝点降低1℃,这样就可节省轻柴油调合料,而改用重柴油组分调合,其量约1.15万t/a,以两者的价差估算,每年可增加经济效益149.5万元。该软件系统采用模块结构,通用性好,实用性强。
In accordance with the practical requirements of the production and planning in petrochemical plant, an advanced software for diesel fuel blending is programmed by using FORTRAN-77 language. The pour point and cetane number of diesel fuels are ratio- nally used in this system to raise both of the economic benefit and operation efficiency of the refinery. For an example, the pour point of one third amounts of 69×10~4t/a diesel fuels blended in Changling Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Plant is reduced by 1℃. The 1.15 ×10~4t/a of heavy diesel fuel is used as blending stocks in the place of same amount of light diesel fuels. The price difference between they is about 1.495 million yuan per year. This sys- tem is made of model blocks. The results indicate that it is flexible and convenient to use.
