摘要
介绍了大连石化公司炼油厂催化裂化装置模式识别在线优化指导软件的开发及应用情况。优化计算是基于现场计算机数据采集系统,应用模式识别技术,提取生产过程中产生的特征信息,以优化控制模型指导反应、分馏系统的生产操作,经过应用试验,效果显著。
An on-line pattern recongnition optimization software has been deve- loped and applied to RFCC unit in the Refinery of Dalian Petrochemical Company. The opti- mimum calculation is based on the operation data collected from the plant by a computer, us- es the principle of pattern recongnition method, collects the characteristic data from actual operation, and then gives an optimum model to control the operation of reactor/regenerator and main fractionator. The result of its application indicates that the yield of light cracked liquids is remarkably improved.
