杀鼠灵毒饵实验室灭鼠效果观察

Observation of efficacy tests the warfarin bait on domestic rats in laboratory

为了研究杀鼠灵毒饵对昆明地区家栖鼠的杀灭效果,作者于1997年在实验室进行了毒杀效果实验。0.025％、0.05％和0.10％三个浓度的杀鼠灵毒饵对家栖鼠平均耗饵量分别为19.2g/只、18.18g/只、12.59g/只,平均每只鼠摄入纯药量分别为4.8mg、9.1mg和12.5mg,毒鼠率均为100％,平均死鼠时间为4.0～5.5天,结果表明杀鼠灵毒饵对昆明地区家栖鼠类具有较好的杀灭作用,仍可作为一种有效的灭鼠剂用于灭鼠。

To study killing effect of the Warfarin bait against domestic rats,efficacy test were conducted in the laboratory. The results showed the feeding average amount of 0. 025%,0. 05%,0. 10%Warfarin bait against domestic rats were 19. 2g,18. 1g and 12. 5g for a rat,and the average doses were 4. 8mg,9. 1mg and 12. 5mg, respectively. The death rates were 100%,average time of rat death was 4. 0 - 5. 5 days. This is showed Warfarin bait a-gainst domestic rats have a good killing effect in Kunming.
