虚拟生态工业园建设的环境及运行条件研究

A Research on the Environment and Conditions to Build Virtual Eco-industrial Parks

随着我国经济的迅速发展,经济发展与资源环境之间的矛盾日益突出。为解决这一矛盾,各国政府相继提出了循环经济的战略模式。而生态工业园区的建设就是发展循环经济的一种有效模式。生态工业园区分为封闭区域的园区和虚拟园。目前理论界对循环经济和生态工业园区的研究较多,而对虚拟生态工业园的研究较少,还没有形成较完整的理论体系。本文主要阐述了虚拟生态工业园建设的必要性及构成环境和运行条件。

With the high economic development in the world , the conflict between economic development and natural resource become more and more severe . In order to deal with the conflict, each government in the world brought forward the strategic model of recycling economics, and the eco-Industrial parks is one of the effective method. Eco-industrial parks are divided into two types: eco-industrial parks and virtual eco-industrial parks. Researcher in theory field have made much research about recycling economy and eco-industrial parks, but little about the virtual eco-industrial parks, and haven't set up the complete theoretical system till now. We now discuss the needs and the circumstance conditions and running condition to construct virtual eco-industrial parks in the passage.
