摘要
在商业企业面临的经营环境日益复杂、竞争日益加剧的情况下,整合的一体化供应链为企业提升竞争力提供了帮助,然而并非所有的企业都从供应链管理中获得了实在的效益。本文通过对供应链的适用性进行了分析,阐述了对企业实施供应链战略的影响因素,并在此基础上提出了一体化供应链的结构框架,该框架描述了构建和管理供应链的标准化流程,指出了供应链管理的网链结构、业务流程和管理内容及其内在联系,探讨了供应链上企业间的流程及结构整合对企业创造核心竞争力和获取利润的重要意义。
Business organizations today face a more complex and competitive environment than ever before, integration of supply chain activities and the technologies to accomplish it have become competitive necessities. Accordingly, the trend toward greater use of supply chain technologies is on a clear path forward. This paper describes the key factors influencing the adoption of supply chain technology and how to successfully accomplish cross-functional management and integration. The author presents a framework for supply chain management, identifies a standard procedure for supply chain building and management, as well as questions for how it might be implemented and affected.
