外资在华跨国并购的发展趋势分析

An Analysis to the Trends of Transnational Mergers in China

随着经济全球化和全球信息化的加快,跨国公司对外直接投资迅猛发展,规模急剧扩大,境外投资方式也从原来的以新建投资为主转变为兼并收购为主。但是,由于种种原因,跨国公司在华并购仍然处于较低水平。本文对外资在华并购的现状和投资环境做了分析,并对未来一段时期国外跨国公司在华并购的趋势做了预测。

Along with the economy and information globalization, foreign direct investments of multinational corporations are developing quickly in an increasing scale. The main pattern of oversea investments is changing from green field investment to transnational merger. However, transnational mergers in China are still at a low level for some reasons. This paper will discuss the main factors which influence the transnational mergers in China, and predict the trend of its developing in the future .
