摘要
首次合成了一系列不同Cr/Al 比、高层间距(2.4~1.9nm)的混合金属复合物柱羟基铬铝交联蒙托土(CrAl-CLM)。借助XRD、ESR、IR、UV-DRS等手段考察了Cr/Al 比等合成条件对交联产物结构的影响,同时考察其对1,2,4-三甲苯的转化性能。实验结果表明,柱化溶液中Cr/Al 比对CrAl-CLM 的结构有很大影响。当Cr/Al<1时。复合氧化物柱上Cr 与Al 之间存在着较强的相互作用,Cr的分散度大。当Cr/Al≥1时,复合氧化物柱呈现氧化铬的性质。焙烧后生成α-Cr_2O_3。CrAl-CLM 具有良好的1,2,4-三甲苯转化性能,Cr 的引入增加了歧化选择性。
A series of hydroxy-Cr-Al Cross-Linked Montmorillonites (CrAI-CLM) with different
Cr/AI ratios and high basal spacing (2.4-1.9nm) were prepared by copolymerization
method.The effect of Cr/Al ratio in pillaring solution on the structure of pillared clays was
observed by means of XRD,ESR,IR,UV-DRS and XPS.The results have shown that Cr/A1
ratios have great effect on the pillaring structure of CrAl-CLM.The strong interaction of alu-
minium with chromium in pillar of CrAl-CLM with Cr/Al<1 was observed,α-Cr_2O_3 can be
produced after CrAl-CLM with Cr/Al≥1 is calcinated.The disproportionation of 1,2,4-
trimethylbenzene was carried out in a pulse reaction system at 400℃ over the pillared clays
with a activity of 73.7 %.It seems that Cr (Ⅲ) plays an important role in increasing the se-
lectivity of disproportionation.
