摘要
采用溶剂萃取法从河南油田原油中分离得到浓缩的含氧化合物,再用柱色谱分离得到有机酸及其它组分,两者再分别用气相色谱-质谱法进行分离与鉴定,并对有机酸组分进行定量测定。本文报道了两个油样中有机酸的定量及其它一些含氧化合物的定性结果。
The method of solvent extraction was employed to obtain concentrated oxygen-containing com-
pounds from two Henan crude oils.The oxygen-containing concentrates were then separated by
column chromatography packed with silica gel to get acidic concentrates and other fractions.The
acidic concentrates and a portion of the other fractions were separated and identified by GC-MS
method.The carboxlic acids were quantitatively analyzed.The analytical results are given.
