摘要
本文用五孔球探针详细测定了长筒型旋风分离器内的三维速度场,讨论了旋风分离器入口面积和芯管下口直径对分离器内旋转流衰减过程的影响。流场测定和加尘试验充分证明,旋风分离器自然旋风长大于Alexander 经验公式计算值。通过对实测结果进行分析,给出了一个新的计算自然旋风长的经验公式。新的经验公式可用于旋风分离器设计及分离效率的计算。
The paper presents a detailed measurement of flow field with a very long plexiglass cyclone by
the five-hole pitot tube.The influence of the inlet area and the entrance diameter of the exit tube on
the decay process of the swirling flow in cyclone is experimentally investigated.The velocity-mea-
suring results and the dust-feeding tests show that the swirling flow in cyclone has a well defined
stable turning point.The experimental results prove that the natural turning length declines with in-
creasing entrance diameter of the exit tube.On the analysis of the experimental results,a new empi-
rical formula for calculating the natural turning length of the conventional cyclone is obtained.The
empirical formula can be used for the design and calculation of collection efficiency of cyclone sepa-
rator.
