摘要
目前采用的以实测实沸点曲线为基础的虚拟组分构成法有比较严重的缺陷.导致石油过程工艺模拟误差大,结果很不可靠。本文提出的一种新的虚拟组成迭代构成法则从油样的实测简单釜式蒸馏曲线或平衡闪蒸曲线出发,用试差算法解得一套虚拟组成数据,能准确而有效地表征油样的真实组成。采用这套虚拟组分数据进行过程工艺模拟,结果是充分可靠的。
The conventional method of petroleum pseudo-composition based on experimental true boiling
point curve induces large error,rendering the results of process simulation unreliable.This method
should be abolished and replaced with new ones.The new method recommended in this paper——
Pseudo-Composition by Iteration using an experimental simple batch distillation curve or equilibrium
flash vaporization curve as convergence criteria,solves for a set of pseudo-composition data by trial
and error algorithm.The converged solutions can effectively stand for the true composition of the oil
sample,and the results of process simulation thereon are sufficiently reliable.
