摘要
精馏系统的故障诊断领域知识目前尚属不完善理论问题。如何完善故障诊断的知识库是一个急待解决的课题。本文提出了一种用于精馏系统故障诊断专家系统中基于深层知识的学习模型。该模型分4阶段:实例解释,猜想生成,猜想确立和推广。示例说明,应用此模型可使应用现有知识库知识不能诊断的故障在获得新知识后得到了正确的诊断。
The knowledge of troubleshooting of petroleum distillation system is imperfect yet.An approachof solving imperfect problems is of desirousness.In this paper,a learning model of deep-levelknowledge in petroleum distillation troubleshooting expert system is proposed.The model consists offour parts:example explanation,hypothesis generation,hypothesis establishment and extension.Themalfunction which can not be diagnosed by using the present knowledge base can be diagnosedthrough using the model to gain new knowledge.A case study example is given.
