摘要
研究了窄脉冲探头的设计与制造工艺、换能器与探伤仪的匹配以及斜楔形状和尺寸的计算机优化,从而获得一种灵敏度高、分辨率好、信噪比高和定位比较准确的宽频带纵波斜探头,适用于奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的超声检测。
The design and manufacturing processes of the narrow-pulse probe. matching between the transducer and the instrument as well as optimization design of the shape and size of the wedge were studied. A broadband longitudinal wave angle probe is obtained, which has high sensitivity, high resolution, high S/N ratio and accuracy of flaw-location. It is suitable for the ultrasonic inspection of austenitic stainless steel welds.
