摘要
讨论一种立式单刚体转子系统的力学模型。重点讨论下阻尼器参数及转子惯性特性变化对转子系统的模态振型、模态频率、模态阻尼等参数的影响。以动力学普遍定理列运动方程。用复变量表示有关参数。直接用复矩阵的QR法或LR法求出系统的复特征值和复特征矢量。对系统振型随转速变化而发生的“换型”现象进行了较多的分析,了解这个力学现象对系统的参数优化是有用的。
This paper involves the mechanical model of a vertical rotating machine. The effects of changes of the lower damper parameters and the rotor' inertia on the system dynamic characteristics are discussed. These includes the effect of rotational speed change on modal frequency, modal damping and modal shape as well. This discussion is also useful for studying the system of many rigid bodies. A special phenomenon 'shape change' has been discovered, and is vary useful in optimization of system parameter. The differential equation of the system is based on general theorem of dynamics. The complex eigenvalues and complex eigenvectors are calculated by using QR or LR methods of complex matrix.
