摘要
在不同结构冲击阀的试验基础上分析了冲击间的特性曲线与紧实效果的关系,认为余隙的升压速率及冲击气压的大小及分布决定了紧实后砂型强度的大小及分布。进一步提出了决定冲击气压大小及分布的冲击阀的结构要素,并讨论了影响结构要素的冲击阀的各技术参数,为冲击造型机紧实机构的设计提供了一定的理论和实验依据。
The working principles of the impact valve of air impact moulding machine are discussed. Impact valves of different constructions were tested. It has been found that the pressure gradient and the pressure built up (so called impact pressure) upon the moulding sand filled in the filling frame and the flask before the movement of the sand play a very important role to the mould quality. Furthermore, the main technical parameters of the impact valve which determine directly the impact pressure are discussed. All these provide theoretical and experimental basis for the design of the impact valve of the air impact moulding machine.
