摘要
本文结合R410a制冷剂的特性,对某公司一款房间空调器系统进行了利用R410a替代HCFC22的应用实践,进行了理论分析和系统匹配。实验结果表明,在相同条件下,相对于HCFC22,换热系数提高,流动阻力下降,通过系统优化匹配设计后,性能(COP)得到大幅提高,达到欧洲市场A级能效等级。R410a新冷媒压缩机在空调器的搭载应用实践为R410a压缩机的推广使用奠定了基础。
In this paper,the theory analyses, cooling system matching and many tests on R410A to replace R22 in room air conditioner have been performed according to the characteristic of R410A. The result of the optimum system tests has shown that there are significant benefits with air conditioning systems using R410A instead of R22. This is primarily due to superior heat transfer coefficients and lower pressure drops than with R22. The COP of the optimum air conditioner system improves greatly and achieves A class level in the Europe Energy Efficiency Class. The practice of the room air conditioner using R410A compressor has successfully built a foundation to popularize the R410A compressor.
