摘要
目的 介绍 2 10例电视胸腔镜手术的体会。方法 1999年 5月～ 2 0 0 4年 9月开展胸腔镜辅助手术 2 10例 ,其中自发性气胸 95例 ,肺切除术 87例 ,纵隔肿瘤 13例 ,食管癌 10例 ,急性脓胸 5例。结果 本组无围术期死亡 ,无严重并发症 ,5例中转开胸完成手术。结论 电视胸腔镜手术适用于大部分胸外科的手术 ,但对恶性肿瘤的远期疗效应进一步观察。
Objective To introduce the experience of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) in 210 cases. Methods Ninety-five cases of spontaneous pneumothorax, 87 cases of lobectomy, 13 cases of mediastinal tumor or cysts, 10 cases of esophageal carcinoma, 5 cases of acute empyema were performed with VATS from May 1999 to Sep 2004.Results There were no mortality and serious complication associated with procedure. But 5 cases were re-operated.Conclusion Majority thoracic diseses could be treated with VATS. But the long term effects for malignant tumor of chest need to verify.
