稳定期COPD病人不同时间的肺通气功能测定结果比较

Comparison of the pulmonary ventilation function results measured at different time on the patient at stable stage of COPD

目的 观察一天内不同的测定时间对稳定期COPD病人肺通气功能测定结果的影响。方法 分别测定 38例稳定期COPD病人在一天内上午和下午的肺通气功能 ,将上午和下午的测定值设计成配对资料进行分析。结果 稳定期COPD病人一天内上午和下午的肺通气功能测定值比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 一天内不同的测定时间 (上午和下午 )对稳定期COPD病人肺通气功能测定结果无明显影响。

Objective To investigate the effect that the different measuring time in a day works on the measured results of pulmonary ventilation function on the patient at stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods To measure respectively the pulmonary ventilation function on 38 patients at stable stage of COPD in the morning and in the afternoon of the same day,and to analyze the measured data by designing them into a pair of teams. Result The pulmonary ventilation function on the patient at stable stage of COPD measured in the morning did not distinguish obviously from that measured in the afternoon. Conclusion The different measuring time in a day does not affect obviously the measured results of the pulmonary ventilation function on the patient at stable stage of COPD.
