摘要
用霍耳效应法测量磁场,观察到了一种新效应,即当霍耳电极不恰好处在同一等位线上时,磁阻效应对不等位电压也有贡献,从而影响到磁场测量的准确度。提出了一种克服这一困难的新方法.
A new effect is observed in the measurements of magnetic field by using the Hall effect method. The new effect is that the magnetoresistance effect can also contribute to the 'IR' drop if the Hall probes are not exactly on the same equipotential, as a consequence of which a magnetic field cannot ho determined with sufficient accuracy. An improved method for overcoming this difficulty is proposed in the paper.
