大学生打鼾危险因素的临床流行病学研究

Clincal epidemiological survey on snoring in college students

目的 探讨影响打鼾发生的临床相关因素。 方法 对南京医科大学 32 8名大学生进行流行病学调查 ,以打鼾者为病例组 ,未打鼾者为对照组 ,采用logistic回归模型分析了打鼾的相关因素。结果 单因素非条件lo gistic回归分析发现打鼾在不同性别中分布有显著性差异 ,根据性别分层经单、多因素非条件logistic回归分析发现对于男性打鼾组在悬雍垂过长、咽部疾病史、高BMI以及颈围等因素与对照组差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;OR值分别为 11.314、3.2 6 1、2 .2 4 5、0 .2 2 0。对于女性打鼾组在扁桃体分度与体质指数与对照组差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;OR值分别为 2 .4 5 6、2 .30 4。 结论 对于男性大学生悬雍垂过长、曾经患有咽部疾病、肥胖等可能是引起打鼾的危险因素。对于女性大学生扁桃体肿大与肥胖可能是引起打鼾发生的危险因素。

Objective To explore risk factors of snoring in college students. Methods 328 students in Nanjing medical university were investigated through questionnaires,a case-caontrol study was designed and the statistic method such as logistic regression were used to analyze the related factors. Results Univarite unconditional logistic regression indicated that the incidence of snoring is different between male and female students,it is significantly higher in male than in female.Univarite and multivariate unconditional logistic regression were used to analyze and that the significant difference was found of uvula with excessive length,of high body mass index between the male subjects of control and case (P<0.05),The odds ratio was 18.859 and 3.802.And the significant difference was found of amygdalotumefaction and of body mass index also of between the female subjects of control and case (P<0.05),the odds ration was 2.456、2.304. Conclusions uvual with excessive,obexity,were risk factors for sleep snoring in male students.And amygdalotumefaction,body mass index were risk factors for sleep snoring in female students.
