摘要
电除尘器数学模型是研究、分析和设计电除尘器的重要辅助手段。在参考国外建立模型方法的基础上,从电参数、荷电、理想效率和非理想校正等四方面建立模型。对国内常用的几种非圆型电晕线电场分布的计算采用了直径当量数和衰减函数法,实验和实际运行参数验证表明:模型对电晕电场分布和国内工业用电除尘器性能的估算是可靠的。
Mathematical models of electrostatic precipitators are important supporting means of researching, evaluating and designing electrostatic precipitators. Based on the methods of constructing models in other countries, a model is constructed from four aspects in this paper, including electrical conditions, particle charge, ideal particle collection efficiency and non-ideal effect corrections. In this model, methods of diameter equivalent and attenuation functions were used for the field strength distribution calculations of several discharge electrodes frequently used in China. The verification results of experiments and data from some full scale electrostatic precipitators showed that the model is reliable for estimating field strength distribution and the performance of full scale electrostatic precipitators.
